Today was supposed to be my due date, but little miss Hazel Mae has been with us for a week already. Time has just gone so fast, and my days have kind of ran together. I am so thankful that everything went so well, and she is just as healthy as can be, and SO BEAUTIFUL! 
I was induced last Wednesday at 8:00 am and she was born at 5:08 pm. Things progressed slowly at first, but once I hit a 5, it was only an hour more to a 10, and I was pushing. It did take 
an 
hour and half of pushing, which was exhausting. She was 7 lbs 9 0z. 20 1/4 inches long. 
She is such a good baby. She eats great, and sleeps better than my other two ever did at this age.

My sisters all came to help, and have been wonderful. They keep the house clean, food on the table, the older kids entertained, and me sane.

Ashley, she is precious! I love the name Hazel, I read a short story/parable with one of the characters named Hazel I want you to read it if you haven't already. I hope you are enjoying your sisters here. Can't wait to meet the baby!
Congrats!!!! She is so cute. I'm glad things went well. My dad wanted to name me Hazel, so that I would be Hazel Bazil, but my wouldn't let him!
