Easter, and Indian Caverns

Jon had a week off this week so we were able to check out a few of the sites, and enjoy some much needed family time. We headed to the Olentangy Indian Caverns. These caverns were used by the Wyandotte Indians in the early 1800's. These caverns were formed millions of years ago by the force from an underground river. They were pretty cool.

As you can see, Brynlee was not impressed with them. In fact being 105 feet underground was not fun to her at all. Noah on the underhand, loved it! There is another portion of the caverns that go down to 600 feet, but they don't allow the public to go down that far yet.
Noah thought this Indian carving was cool.
My pretty girls! Noah was sick and Jon had worked the night shift, so just us girls went to church.
The kids had a lot of fun searching for eggs, and Brynlee was the master egg finder! The other two lost interest after a while and enjoyed eating the candy as Brynlee found the eggs.
Noah was eating the Jelly beans like they were going out of style.
Hazel loved playing with the eggs, then she found the candy.... Yummy!
